This agreement represents the transferring of ownership of Molds and tooling equipment to New Owner.
协议同意将模具及其附属设备转让给新的产权所有人
1- Buyer and Contractor herby agree to assign the ownership rights for all molds and tooling equipment to New Owner.
买卖双方同意将模具及其附属设备所有权转让给新的产权所有人
2- Contractor will remain responsible to keep the molds safe, secure and in good shape while the molds are in his possession or in the possession of one of his assigned contractors.
供应商有责任在模具仍然属于供应商或供应商的外发供应商时，保证模具安全，可靠状态良好
3- Contractor will provide the molds to new owner or representatives within 48 hours if requested by New Owner.
供应商在接到通知48小时内将模具移交给新的所有者或其代表
